Anorthosite weakly deformed at ~700°C and 900 MPa; regime 2 dislocation creep.
More highly deformed plagioclase from a shear zone affecting the meta-anorthosite shown in photo #47. Old plagioclase grains exhibit strong undulatory extinction and probably subgrain development. The porphyroclasts are surrounded by ~150 µm recrystallized grains that have a slightly more albitic composition. Dislocation creep regime 2. (CH 2)
