Omai & Toroparu deposits - 9th & 10th December 2022
Field trip organised and led by Mike Tedeschi, Stéphane Perrouty and Tramaine James.
9 December 2022 – Omai: Departure from OGL airport: Please be at the airport at 6.30 am for a 7.30 am flight to Omai and return to Georgetown in the late afternoon
10 December – Toroparu: Departure from OGL airport: Please be at the airport at 6.30 am for a 7.30 am flight to Toroparu, return to Georgetown in the late afternoon
Note: participants need to book their hotel in Georgetown
To bring
- Hiking boots (steel-toe or composite-toe boots are recommended but not mandatory)
- Water
Safety vests, hard hats, etc will be provided on-site if necessary
Lunch and water bottles will be provided on site
