Correcting the inclination image

NIH Image and Lazy view & handle (or Lazy LUT) are used to inspect and correct the inclination image.

Amplitude image INCPOL
min, lower & upper 5%-cut-off, max = 24 34 208 255
Confirm or change cut-offs (2I5) > 0,255	zero to max

Because we have selected 0 to maximum spreading in the calibration of the circular polarization image (instead of 24-255, i.e., min-max, or 34-208, i.e., 5%-95%, see dialogue), we now have a compressed histogram:

***.incp

By selecting lower and upper minima and maxima we can correct the image:

***.inc-stretch
